I’m Norina Burt, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Signature, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties. With more than 13 years of real estate experience, I bring extensive local market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing a high level of personalized service. I’ve called Volusia County home for nearly three decades, including 24 years in Port Orange and now Ormond Beach. That connection to the area gives me firsthand knowledge of our communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle, which is invaluable when helping clients make important real estate decisions. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom of two amazing children with special needs. My experiences as a parent have shaped so much of who I am, including the patience, compassion, perseverance, and dedication I bring to my clients. I’m also proud to support Special Olympics and the special needs community. Over the years, many of my clients have become repeat clients, referrals, and lasting relationships.
